This article recalls the need to establish a risk dashboard to optimize its risk management at several levels: decision-making, mapping update, process control, communication, and reporting. It specifies the general architecture of a good dashboard and indicates how to develop these indicators. These will serve as benchmarks for the risk manager and allow internal and external stakeholders to rationalize their decision-making, to ensure the company’s ability to respond effectively to threats.
